Digital Jockey maintains a strict refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all service engagements.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

A client shall be eligible for a full refund ONLY if: (a) The payment made was an advance payment; AND (b) Work on the project has NOT yet commenced; AND (c) A written refund request is submitted before project initiation.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

No refund shall be provided under the following circumstances: (a) Once work has commenced, including but not limited to strategy development, CRM setup, team allocation, outbound calling, automation configuration, or campaign execution. (b) If resources have been allocated or operational activities have started. (c) For completed milestones or partially executed services. (d) For performance dissatisfaction after work initiation, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Work shall be considered commenced once any of the following occurs: - Kick-off meeting conducted - Internal team assigned - CRM or automation setup initiated - Calling, outreach, or marketing execution started - Strategy documentation prepared

5. REFUND PROCESS

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitaljockey.in. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment.
